Service Description

Let's have some stimulating teaching and discussion about our spiritual existence! This discussion group is NOT for people who have it figured out or are existing comfortably within an environment or institution. It IS for people who feel like their environments and institutions have them numb, or feel stuck, or feel limited. You know there's more, because you have your own ideas and questions! And when you share your ideas and perceptions and creative ways of looking at things? Well? You're called a heretic or you're told you're lost, or you might be told you need to be saved! At God's Sandbox, we hold a conviction that environments and institutions are a necessary part of who we are, but these environments and institutions must be transcended so that we can fully recognize who we are as Children of God or Children of the Universe! We must be thankful for our enviornments and institutions for what they provided for us, we must rise above them, and we must even return to them to care for others who need to see the same! This discussion group works as follows: Each session gives you two options to join by Zoom. There will be sets of readings, videos, discussion questions, etc. to prepare for each session. These rotate as follows: Topic 1 : First Sunday and Second Wednesday of the Month (Choose one or both if you want further discussion!) Topic 2 : Third Sunday or Fourth Wednesday of the Month (Choose one or both if you want further discussion!) This will be a work in progress, so please be patient! But the vision is there: X Communities! People using this format to gather with others and experience life to its fullest, whether we are experiencing joy or pain! Try it out!
